Job Summary
Build strong relationships and serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts in the data center, mission critical, and power generation markets. Manage the quoting process, including specification review, pricing, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and business development teams. Process new orders, approve change order requests, and ensure seamless order management and cross-functional communication. Identify revenue growth opportunities, develop sales plans, and track progress using CRM tools while providing training, conducting presentations, and contributing market feedback to product development initiatives. This role requires full-time employment with up to 20% travel and offers a salary range of $94,160 - $153,010 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years' experience working in a customer facing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years' experience working in a customer facing environment
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience working in a customer facing role
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
- Sales Training and/or EGSA Training
- Proficient in CRM and Quote Management systems for tracking sales opportunities and managing the sales funnel
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including interpreting technical documents, writing reports, and business correspondence
- Strong ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
