Job Summary

Drive Pro sales for Lowe’s large regional pro customers by building relationships, conducting market research, cold calling, and meeting with clients at their place of business, jobsites, and tradeshows. Schedule regular site visits to determine additional product needs, take orders, and coordinate with stores to fulfill. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals; conduct district research to identify high-opportunity accounts; collaborate with district and store managers to deploy services and products; conduct ongoing sales calls (12-15 per week) and lead annual planning and vendor events. Apply a consultative selling approach, maintain relationships with district/store personnel, leverage selling tools and programs, and analyze market trends to better serve pro customers. Prioritize effective communication with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and service levels for managed accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 Years Relevant professional sales experience
  • Experience selling products and services to strategic accounts and/or Business to Business selling
  • Experience with CRM technology
