Job Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include managing 90-day planning cycles, preparing client communications, and optimizing loyalty programs. You will also coordinate project estimates, oversee administrative tasks, and handle issue escalation. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant experience. Skills in managing multiple accounts, operational workflows, and strong communication abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industry
- Understanding of general marketing principles
- Experience supporting Clients across a global footprint
- Experience within loyalty rewards fulfillment
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong background managing operational workstreams and KPIs
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects
- Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive in contributing ideas and anticipating needs
- Outcomes-driven, with excellent organizational skills
- Technical acumen in martech ecosystem
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint
- SaaS experience
- Experience in Retail industry
