Job Summary
Sr. Account Manager responsible for developing and executing annual business plans with hypermarket customers to deliver sales, revenue, and profitability targets, driving growth opportunities across distribution, assortment, and promotions; building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers; leading commercial negotiations, promotions, and in-store execution; owning sales forecasting, monitoring KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, market share, margin, ROI), and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing to ensure timely launches and stock availability.
