Sr Account Manager-Indianapolis

Manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to ensure quality delivery and maintenance support for assigned clients. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures while influencing cross-functional initiatives on incident response and process improvement. Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities to track account plan execution. Ensure full utilization of Fiserv solutions by understanding the client's environment, goals, and industry trends. Maintain compliance with system audits and client profile updates to meet legal and contractual obligations. This role requires 3+ years of customer service experience, up to 20% travel, and is based in Indianapolis.
