Job Summary
Senior-level Sr. Account Manager responsible for managing and expanding a base of high-priority, complex healthcare MTM accounts. Leads client relationships, develops strategic plans, collaborates across teams to ensure service delivery and revenue growth, and negotiates upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Requires deep MTM knowledge, ability to interact with executive stakeholders, travel 20-30% annually, and strong presentation/reporting skills. 100% remote with minimal travel and a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of progressive experience in sales or customer/client service
- Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/MTM environment
- Ability to travel 20-30% annually
- Strong communication and executive-level interaction skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and healthcare systems
