Sr. Account Manager - Archimedes

Develop positive client relationships and create effective solutions to customer problems. Support the call center in resolving member escalations and communicate updates back to clients. Work with clients to identify scope and timelines for projects, then own operational support including member letters. Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities tied to client needs. Adhere to and support compliance, people, culture, and learning programs. This role combines direct client interaction with internal management of operational projects within Archimedes' specialty drug management solutions team.
