Job Summary
Manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to ensure quality delivery and maintenance support for assigned clients. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures while influencing cross-functional initiatives including incident response and process improvement. Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities, ensuring compliance with system audits and client profile updates. Understand the client environment to drive full utilization of Fiserv solutions. Requires 3+ years in customer service, ability to travel up to 20%, and a salary range of $49,600-$77,500 for Virginia and Maine locations.
