Job Summary
Senior Lease Origination Specialist develops and expands the vendor finance dealer network, manages dealer relationships, and serves as a primary liaison between manufacturers, dealers, and customers. Responsibilities include onboarding new dealers with financing solutions, aligning offerings with market needs, monitoring competitive offerings, delivering sales presentations and trainings to dealer partners, managing end-to-end transactions (negotiation, documentation, execution), tracking pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce and other systems, and collaborating with credit, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires strong relationship management, knowledge of lease structures/credit concepts, and the ability to travel up to 10%. The position is hybrid with in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of dealer finance sales experience
- 5+ years of transactional finance experience
- Strong relationship management skills within the leasing or financial services industry
- Proficiency in finance structures and credit concepts
- Strong mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced skills in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, TValue, and related finance software
- Ability to travel up to 10% for trade shows, dealer visits, and customer meetings
