Job Summary
Sr. Strategic Account Executive responsible for building and sustaining consultative relationships with senior decision-makers across large employer accounts in health benefits/insurance; leads renewal and growth strategies, negotiates rate actions, and identifies opportunities to expand solutions; drive portfolio performance by delivering growth, retention, and earnings outcomes across a book of large employer clients; apply financial and underwriting knowledge to help clients manage costs while maximizing value of offered solutions; collaborate with underwriting, client management, and internal partners to deliver aligned, seamless client solutions; leverage market trends to position solutions that meet evolving needs; requires face-to-face engagement and strong partnership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, account management, or sales within health benefits, insurance, or a related industry
- Proven experience managing large, complex employer accounts, including renewal strategy and growth discussions
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret data, understand underwriting concepts, and communicate value effectively
