Job Summary
Senior Account Executive for Microsoft Consulting Services in the Northeast US region, responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in the assigned territory. Drives development of territory business plans, independently manages accounts, prospecting and closing new business while expanding service offerings. Requires strong background in Services/Software sales with Microsoft portfolio experience, ability to engage business influencers and decision makers, and aptitude for consultative selling, co-selling with external partners, and managing both new and existing accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Remote within the region with a focus on Territory development and achieving target timelines in a Microsoft-focused services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated experience as Software, Solution Sales, or Account Executive
- Experience selling Microsoft Software or Services, or similar Enterprise Software Solutions
- Sales knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft365, Azure and/or Dynamics365)
- Experienced leveraging CRM Software for daily account management activities
