Job Summary
Sr. Account Executive at Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) will drive strategic account leadership and revenue growth by meeting/exceeding financial targets, planning sales for D&F, documenting account relationships, maintaining a healthy sales funnel, and ensuring accurate CRM data. The role requires leading within the Sales and Pre-Contract team, aligning with Operations and Solutions teams, and advocating for the voice of the customer to deliver on promises. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a mature, positive attitude are essential to collaborate with VP of Sales and cross-functional teams in delivering engineered solutions and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of technical sales experience
- 5+ years of solution sales experience (Parcel or MHE solution sales preferred)
- outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
- strategic thinking
- ability to manage forecasts and CRM data
- leadership within Sales and Pre-Contract teams
