Job Summary
Sr. Account Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group, overseeing one or more client accounts with responsibility for service delivery, client experience, talent management, and financial performance (P&L, contract renewal, and revenue growth). Lead multi-disciplinary account teams, manage governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, and other partners. Build and maintain strong client relationships, develop strategies to align real estate services with client goals, oversee risk management and dispute resolution, mentor and develop team talent, and lead responses to RFPs and presentations. Ensure data accuracy and analytic-driven decision making, oversee budgeting and revenue tracking of transactions, and contribute to positive client outcomes through service-delivery excellence and expanded share of wallet.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years at Senior Management level or equivalent
- Experience in directly leading and managing multi-discipline teams
- Client, P&L and contract management experience
- Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including contract management/compliance
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and understand complex real estate transaction documents (lease, purchase & sale, sublease, SNDA, estoppel, etc.)
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and ESRI (preferred)
- Ability to develop strategy, governance, and service delivery models
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to oversee budgets, revenue tracking, and financial performance
