Job Summary
Engage new clients and contacts to secure meetings and generate RFPs within your assigned territory. Drive the RFP pipeline and hit rates through lead generation, territory management, and CRM activity tracking. Support marketing initiatives by scheduling meetings for conferences and managing follow-up items. Collaborate with field representatives and internal leadership teams to hand off relationships and develop a territory management strategy. Requires 2-4 years of sales experience in a CRO.
Required Qualifications
- Current or previous sales experience in a CRO
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-4 yrs)
- Strong ability to develop a territory management strategy
