Job Summary
Conduct private and group squash lessons, demonstrating proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve student performance. Spend approximately 80% of working time on-court while developing safe, comprehensive programs that encourage continued involvement. Create exceptional member experiences by engaging participants in programs, tournaments, and special events. Ensure all courts and equipment remain clean, organized, and in good working condition. Manage student registration and billing, booking all sessions in Life Time court scheduling software. Participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities. Monitor department meetings and adhere to all company SOPs. High School Graduate or equivalent required; Squash Level 1 Certified or European Equivalent preferred. CPR and AED Certification within 30 days of hire. Full-time role with a fully subsidized membership and 401(k) match.

- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
- Authorized to work in the US or Canada, depending on work location
- Squash Level 1 Certified- or European Equivalent
- CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
