Job Summary
Lead and scale Square’s partnerships across the EMEA region (UK, Ireland, France, Spain) by defining growth strategy, sourcing and negotiating high-impact partnerships, and building a global partnerships team. Drive measurable seller acquisition and revenue outcomes through referral networks, distributors, technology platforms, and strategic ecosystems; own executive relationships with partner leaders; collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to execute GTM plans and co-marketing initiatives; track KPIs and continuously optimize partnership impact.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, and/or product partnerships
- 7+ years in senior/executive roles
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling high-impact partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with executive-level experience
- Experience building and leading global teams that collaborate globally and execute locally
- SaaS, fintech, or payments background strongly preferred
- In-store experience preferred
