Job Summary
SQL Database Administrator with expertise in MS SQL and Azure Architecture is sought to design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions for a CRM platform. The role involves delivering and supporting efficient database systems, full system implementations, monitoring for performance, developing database documentation, and collaborating with development teams to architect database solutions. The candidate will work with domain experts across data-centric environmental policy areas and mentor the team. Essential skills include MS SQL design, clustering, reporting, ETL technologies, data warehousing, T-SQL, stored procedures, XML, JSON, and SSIS packages; desirable skills include C#/.NET, Windows clustering/NLB, MySQL, Dynamics, and mentoring/leadership experience. The position is Hybrid remote with Swansea HQ.”,
Required Qualifications
- MS SQL design, deploy and manage
- MS SQL clustering, design and deploy
- MS SQL reporting, analysis, integration, deploy and manage
- Database design, development and ETL technologies
- Knowledge and commercial experience of Data Warehousing
- Excellent Transact SQL skills
- Refactoring/stored procedures
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL clustering and replication management
- Experience developing SSIS packages
- Knowledge of server architecture
- Strong XML experience
- JSON knowledge
- Mentoring/leadership experience preferred
