Job Summary
SQL Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving production issues in applications and data. Key duties include analyzing data discrepancies, writing and validating SQL queries to extract, troubleshoot, and verify data, working with stored procedures for troubleshooting and minor enhancements, coordinating with Business Analysts, Developers, and Operations to resolve issues quickly, and documenting root causes and solutions for future reference. Must demonstrate solid SQL skills, a strong understanding of relational databases, familiarity with incident/ticket-based workflows, and clear English communication to collaborate with stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Must-have Experience in Application Support / Production Support / Data Support
- Solid SQL skills (comfortable writing queries for analysis and troubleshooting)
- Good understanding of relational databases (tables, relationships, data flow)
- Basic knowledge of stored procedures (reading and understanding logic)
- Experience working with incident/ticket-based systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Good English communication skills — able to explain issues clearly and collaborate with stakeholders
