Job Summary
SQF Practitioner role responsible for maintaining the SQF and HACCP programs at Opal Foods’ Neosho/Anderson processing sites. Works with Quality Manager, QC Technicians, and site staff to ensure safe, high-quality egg products, lead internal audits, perform GMP inspections, conduct supplier audits, and execute the duties of the Quality Control Technician as needed. Mentors processing personnel on SQF/HACCP requirements, assists plant management in driving continuous quality and food safety improvements, and collaborates across multiple facilities to maintain a strong quality culture.
