Job Summary
Manage supplier quality claims and reimbursement for BBM purchasing parts post-SOP while ensuring production continuity during disruptions. Drive sustainable problem-solving initiatives using structured methodologies, lead cross-functional quality discussions, and develop incoming inspection strategies. Monitor key quality performance metrics, conduct escalations as needed, and leverage lessons learned to implement preventive measures in new projects. Achieve cost recovery for non-conformity costs caused by supplier deviations. Requires three years of supplier quality experience in the automotive industry and proficiency in problem-solving tools and GD&T.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science or engineering
- More than 3 years' experience with quality management or supplier quality in Automotive industry
- Proficient in 1 or more structured problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of quality core tools
- Knowledge of technical drawing and GD&T
