Job Summary
Principal CAM for the SPY-6 program in a hybrid role based in Tewksbury, MA. Plan time-phased scope and budgets for assigned Control Accounts and collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Integrated Supply Chain, and Quality. Manage IPT EVMS performance, review labor/material actuals, and support analysis of actuals vs plan, schedule status, cost/schedule integration, and corrective action plans. Contribute to EV-related deliverables (CPR, CFSR, VAR, CTDR) and program metrics; prepare for and execute Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and support Government Surveillance Reviews. Requires STEM degree with 8+ years’ experience or advanced degree with 5+ years, and EVM/project-management experience; PMP/PM Level 6 and PMX tools are preferred. Relocation assistance offered; role is hybrid in the US with security clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, including material EV, coupled with broad based project management knowledge and EV Tools (e.g., Planning/Scheduling, EVMS, IMP/IMS, Financial Forecasts and EAC)
- Experience developing schedules, estimating, and analyzing costs, monitoring, and reporting integrated cost/schedule progress using EVMS, preparing variance reports, and identifying and facilitating resolution of cost/schedule issues and corrective action plans
- Experience as CAM for all types of scope: material, labor, ODC (preferred)
- IPT Lead Certification (PM Level 6) and PMX Tools experience (preferred)
