Operate the commercial dishwasher and manually wash dishes and utensils to ensure thorough cleaning. Maintain machine functionality through regular care and upkeep, while managing waste disposal to keep the kitchen sanitary. Perform intermediate and final cleaning tasks in the kitchen area and support the kitchen and service teams with all necessary activities to ensure smooth operations.
