Job Summary
Conduct freight hauls using a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight with inside dimensions of 120x50x50 inches. Maintain a vehicle 2015 or newer in good condition without stickers, ensuring valid U.S. driver's license and required commercial insurance coverage. Operate with no forced dispatch, building your own schedule to choose local, regional, or OTR loads while avoiding hidden fees. Submit weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH with 24/7 operational and tracking support. Note that operators must possess a Passport and Green Card for Canada availability, and Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, is an active interstate freight carrier authorized under MC966111 and USDOT 2878524 since August 11, 2016.
Required Qualifications
- Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight
- Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches
- Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible)
- Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required)
