Manage your own fleet as an owner-operator, selecting local, regional, or OTR loads without forced dispatch. Negotiate flexible rates based on load and location, ensuring your fully paid rate covers all costs with no hidden fees. Maintain a Sprinter or small straight truck under 10,000 lbs, 2015 or newer, while holding a valid U.S. driver's license and required commercial insurance. Receive weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH with 24/7 operational and tracking support. Required Qualifications
- Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight
- Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches
- Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible)
- Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required)
