Job Summary
Negotiate freight rates based on load, location, and customer while selecting local, regional, or OTR loads without forced dispatch. Maintain a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight with inside dimensions of at least 120x50x50 inches, ensuring the vehicle is 2015 or newer in good condition. Secure a valid U.S. driver's license and required commercial insurance coverage of $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Motor Cargo. Present a passport and Green Card for Canada availability, avoiding any active USDOT or authorized MC numbers. Build your own schedule with weekly paychecks every Friday via ACH, supported by 24/7 operational and tracking assistance.
