Sprinter Fleet Sales Manager - Autobahn Motors

Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial fleet customers, including local businesses, municipalities, and government agencies. Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach. Prepare fleet proposals, pricing, vehicle specifications, and purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz fleet programs. Coordinate vehicle ordering, production updates, delivery scheduling, and upfit requirements with internal departments and outside vendors. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline management using the dealership CRM system. Collaborate with the Service, Parts, and Finance departments to provide comprehensive fleet solutions and maximize customer retention. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual fleet sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Full-time Monday through Saturday availability with Sundays off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Sundays off
Desired Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, commercial fleet operations, and financing/leasing options
- Proven ability to build long-term business relationships and generate new commercial accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and dealership management software
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
