Maintain your own vehicle, ensuring it is no older than 2016, equipped with at least four straps and PPE, and has all decals removed. Drive with a minimum of six months of experience while adhering to US citizenship, residency, or work authorization requirements. Negotiate competitive rates directly with dispatchers.
