Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under a written contract with Victoria Logistics Carrier. Maintain a vehicle model year 2016 or newer equipped with four straps and PPE, removing all decals and reporting any modifications prior to use. Complete loads while adhering to a minimum 6-month driving experience requirement and ensuring all personnel are at least 21 years old with valid work authorization and basic English proficiency. Negotiate rates with dispatchers within competitive independent contractor terms.
Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year not older than 2016
- Vehicle equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on the vehicle
- Process for informing the company before making vehicle changes
- Driving experience of 6 months
