Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent contractor under a written agreement with Victoria Logistics Carrier, negotiating rates between $0.85 and $1.55 per mile depending on distance and area. Accept personalized loads matching your preferences while maintaining vehicle standards, including a model year of 2016 or newer, four straps, and PPE. Submit registration and insurance documentation and report any vehicle modifications before driving. Maintain US citizenship or work authorization, speak basic English, and hold at least six months of driving experience. Earn a minimum average monthly salary of $8,000 with payments processed within three to five business days, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder
- At least 21 years of age
- Speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Sprinter not older than 2016
- Vehicle has a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- All decals removed from vehicle
- Inform company before making changes to vehicle
- Send registration and insurance for vehicle
- Driving experience of 6 months
- Minimum average monthly salary of $8,000
