Sprinter/Cargo Van Owner Operator

Conduct owner-operator duties driving Sprinter or cargo vans for Victoria Logistics Carrier under an independent contract agreement. Operate Monday through Friday, negotiating rates between $0.85 and $1.55 per mile with dispatchers who possess four or more years of broker experience. Submit applications to execute written contracts, providing vehicle registration and insurance while ensuring the Sprinter is no older than 2016, has four straps, and meets PPE standards. Maintain basic English proficiency or Russian language skills, hold work authorization, and possess at least six months of driving experience. Receive personalized load assignments based on specific preferences and be paid within three to five business days, with a quick pay option available.
