Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent contractor under a written agreement with Victoria Logistics Carrier. Maintain a vehicle model year 2016 or newer equipped with at least four straps and personal protective equipment, ensuring all decals are removed. Drive with a minimum of six months of experience while adhering to US citizenship or work authorization requirements. Negotiate competitive rates directly with dispatchers. Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Execution of a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator
- Sprinter vehicle model year not older than 2016
- Minimum of 4 straps and PPE on vehicle
- Decals removed from vehicle
- Driving experience of 6 months
