Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under a competitive contract agreement with Victoria Logistics Carrier. Secure loads through dispatchers while maintaining vehicle compliance, including removing decals, ensuring straps and PPE, and submitting updated registration and insurance documents. Maintain a vehicle no older than 2016 for Sprinter models and possess at least six months of driving experience. Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year 2016 or newer
- Vehicle equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on the vehicle
- Process for informing the company of vehicle changes before putting the vehicle on the road
- Submission of vehicle registration and insurance
- Driving experience of 6 months
