Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator for Victoria Logistics Carrier, negotiating competitive rates with dispatchers who manage extensive broker contacts. Receive personalized load assignments based on your specific preferences to minimize downtime. Submit your vehicle registration and insurance for approval, ensuring your Sprinter is no older than 2016 and equipped with four straps and PPE. Work Monday through Friday with payment processed within three to five business days. You must be a US citizen, resident, or hold work authorization, speak basic English (or Russian), and possess at least six months of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle not older than 2016
- Vehicle equipped with minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- All decals removed from vehicle
- Process of informing company before making vehicle changes
- Submission of vehicle registration and insurance
- Driving experience of 6 months
- Minimum average monthly salary of $8,000
