Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under a written contract with Victoria Logistics Carrier, negotiating rates between $0.85 and $1.55 per mile depending on distance and region. Manage personal loads by communicating preferences to dispatchers who maintain extensive broker contacts, ensuring payments within 3-5 business days with a quick pay option. Maintain vehicle compliance by keeping the unit under 2016, equipped with four straps and PPE, and removing all decals while submitting registration and insurance documents. Hold US citizenship or work authorization, speak basic English (or Russian), and possess at least six months of driving experience. Work Monday through Friday to meet minimum monthly earnings goals.
