Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under Victoria Logistics Carrier's contract agreement. Maintain a vehicle no older than 2016 with at least four straps, personal protective equipment, and all decals removed. Inform the company before making any changes to the vehicle. Drive loads while ensuring you and your drivers are at least 21 years old, hold US citizenship or work authorization, speak basic English, and are approved by Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept loads. Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year 2016 or newer
- Vehicle equipped with minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on the vehicle
- Process for informing the company of any vehicle changes before putting the vehicle on the road
- Driving experience of 6 months
- Written independent contractor agreement
