Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or Cargo Van as an independent owner-operator under Victoria Logistics Carrier's contract agreement. Maintain your vehicle to current standards, ensuring it is no older than 2016 for Sprinters, equipped with four straps and PPE, and free of unauthorized decals. Submit registration and insurance documents to the company and notify them of any vehicle modifications before driving. Complete the application process to execute the written independent contractor agreement and accept loads from the company. You must be at least 21 years old, a US citizen or work authorization holder, and possess basic English skills and six months of driving experience. Required Qualifications

- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Execution of a written independent contractor agreement
- Sprinter vehicle model year not older than 2016
- Minimum of 4 straps and PPE on vehicle
- Driving experience of 6 months
