Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under Victoria Logistics Carrier's contract agreement. Secure loads through dispatchers while negotiating rates, ensuring your vehicle is no older than 2016, equipped with four straps, and compliant with all safety and decal requirements. Maintain your own registration and insurance, reporting any vehicle modifications prior to driving. Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Execution of a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator
- Sprinter vehicle model year not older than 2016
- Vehicle equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- All decals removed from vehicle
- Process to inform company of any vehicle changes before putting vehicle on road
- Submission of vehicle registration and insurance
- Driving experience of 6 months
