Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under a written contract with Victoria Logistics Carrier. Negotiate competitive rates with dispatchers and maintain vehicle compliance, including a Sprinter model not older than 2016, four straps, PPE, and removal of all decals. Submit vehicle registration and insurance documentation before placing the vehicle on the road and report any modifications to the company. Maintain at least six months of driving experience, hold valid work authorization, and speak, understand, and read basic English. You must be 21 years of age or older. Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Execution of a written independent contractor agreement
- Sprinter vehicle not older than 2016
- Vehicle equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on the vehicle
- Process of informing the company before making changes to the vehicle
- Submission of vehicle registration and insurance
- Driving experience of 6 months
