Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under a written contract with Victoria Logistics Carrier. Maintain a vehicle model year 2016 or newer equipped with at least four straps, personal protective equipment, and all decals removed. Report any vehicle modifications to dispatch before driving. Execute loads only after approval and registration with the company. You must be a US citizen, resident, or hold work authorization, speak basic English, and possess six months of driving experience. Required Qualifications

- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year 2016 or newer
- Vehicle equipped with minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on vehicle
- Process for informing company of vehicle changes before road use
- Driving experience of 6 months
