Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator for Victoria Logistics Carrier, negotiating rates with dispatchers while adhering to vehicle age limits and safety equipment standards. Maintain a clean, compliant vehicle by removing decals and reporting any modifications before hitting the road, ensuring all drivers speak basic English and hold valid work authorization. Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van)
- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year 2016 or newer
- Vehicle equipped with minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on vehicle
- Process to inform company before making vehicle changes
- 6 months of driving experience
