Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator for Victoria Logistics Carrier, negotiating competitive rates ranging from $0.85 to $1.55 per mile based on load type and area. Secure personalized loads matching your preferences through experienced dispatchers and maintain vehicle compliance with age limits, safety straps, and required decals. Submit registration and insurance documentation while adhering to Monday-Friday scheduling and minimum monthly earnings targets.
Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
- US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder
- At least 21 years of age
- Speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Sprinter not older than 2016
- Vehicle has a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- All decals removed
- Inform company before making changes to the vehicle
- Send registration and insurance for the vehicle
- Driving experience of 6 months
- Minimum average monthly salary of $8,000
