Job Summary
Conduct long-haul freight transport using a 2016 or newer Sprinter or cargo van with at least four straps and PPE. Operate Monday through Friday under an independent contractor agreement, negotiating rates between $0.85 and $1.55 per mile depending on location. Submit vehicle registration, insurance, and any modifications to the dispatcher before driving. Maintain an average monthly salary of $8,000 or more by meeting payload and safety standards. Speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Own vehicle (Sprinter/Cargo Van)
- US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder
- At least 21 years of age
- Speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company
- Sprinter not older than 2016
- Vehicle has a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- All decals removed
- Inform company before making any changes to the vehicle
- Send registration and insurance for the vehicle
- Driving experience of 6 months
- Minimum average monthly salary of $8,000
