Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator for Victoria Logistics Carrier under a written contract agreement. Maintain a vehicle model year 2016 or newer equipped with at least four straps and PPE, ensuring all decals are removed and reporting any modifications prior to road use. Secure loads by obtaining approval, acceptance, and registration with the carrier to execute deliveries. You must be at least 21 years old, hold US citizenship, residency, or work authorization, speak basic English, and possess six months of driving experience. Contact dispatchers to negotiate competitive rates.

- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year not older than 2016
- Vehicle equipped with minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- No decals on the vehicle
- Process to inform company before making vehicle changes
- Driving experience of 6 months
