Job Summary
Operate a Sprinter or cargo van as an independent owner-operator under Victoria Logistics Carrier's contract agreement. Maintain a vehicle model year 2016 or newer equipped with at least four straps and PPE, removing all decals and reporting any modifications before use. Complete loads by driving with a minimum of six months experience while holding US citizenship, green card, or work authorization. Speak, understand, and read basic English. Submit application to execute a written independent contractor agreement with dispatchers to negotiate rates.

- US citizenship, residency, green card, or work authorization
- Age of at least 21 years
- Ability to speak, understand, and read basic English
- Approval, acceptance, and registration with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
- Independent contractor status (not a company driver)
- Sprinter vehicle model year not older than 2016
- Vehicle equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
- Driving experience of 6 months
