Job Summary
Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems using hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision. Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites while following all safety procedures and company policies. Observe and learn proper service and repair techniques, and support documentation and reporting processes as directed. Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites, traveling to locations as required. Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds and working in commercial, industrial, and construction environments involving heights, confined spaces, and varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to work under direct supervision
- Clean driving record
- Active driver's license (if driving is required)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
