Job Summary
Sprinkler Service Technician needed to service and repair commercial/industrial sprinkler and suppression systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge) and fire pumps. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals and specifications; follow troubleshooting procedures and manuals; provide strong customer service and maintain organization. Must be able to work independently, perform physical labor up to 70 lbs, and meet safety requirements. NICET Level II certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems
- Possess licenses required by National, State and Local codes
- Must maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs
- Must adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs
- Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet
- Must be able to follow, read and understand all safety requirement of the company and the customer
- Preferred NICET Level II certification is a plus
