Job Summary
Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems under direct supervision; use hand tools and testing equipment; transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites; follow all safety procedures and company policies; observe and learn proper service and repair techniques; support documentation and reporting processes; work collaboratively with team members on active job sites; travel to job sites as required; performs other duties as assigned by management; does not independently perform jobs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active driver’s license (if driving is required)
- Clean driving record
