Job Summary
Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems using hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision. Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites while observing and learning proper service and repair techniques. Support documentation and reporting processes as directed and work collaboratively with team members on active job sites. Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working in commercial, industrial, and construction environments. Travel to job sites as required and adhere to safety policies and company protocols. No independent job performance; tasks are performed as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to work under direct supervision
- Must have a clean driving record
- Active driver's license (if driving is required)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
