Job Summary
Prepare detailed fire sprinkler installation estimates, proposals, and material/labor takeoffs. Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications for accuracy and scope. Coordinate sprinkler system design layouts, installation schedules, materials, and subcontractors. Track project budgets, documentation, and compliance while collaborating with field and office teams. This hands-on role covers commercial sprinkler projects from estimating through installation and completion for a well-established full-service fire protection and life safety company with a strong reputation for quality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fire sprinkler estimating, installation, or system design
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and NFPA standards
- Knowledge of sprinkler systems, layouts, and related installation practices
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- NICET Level I or II (Water-Based Systems)
- Experience with AutoCAD or sprinkler design software and NFPA 13 standards
