Job Summary
Install automatic fire protection systems side-by-side with journeymen sprinkler fitters while completing on-the-job training and five years of corresponding coursework toward becoming a Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter. Operate company vehicles with a clean driving record and travel for the position within the Fond du Lac, WI area. Perform a great deal of lifting and climbing in a fast-paced construction environment both indoors and outdoors. Maintain safety standards and pass required drug screens, background checks, and physicals. Join a family-owned business with 145 years of experience in mechanical and fire protection contracting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Ability to travel for the position
- Pass an appropriate drug screen and physical
- Ability to lift and climb
- Self-starters
- Strong mechanical background
- Good working and learning attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment (both in and outdoors)
